Dear Unlock DAO Community,

I am expressing my keen interest in the Lead Steward role at Unlock DAO, as discussed on our Discord server. With a background in guiding a continuously decentralizing community at The ALANA Project and expertise in complex system design, I am eager to contribute to the innovation within a community-driven environment like Unlock DAO.

My professional journey spans over 10 years in the creative industries, including fashion, 3D asset creation, and game development. Design as a discipline stands apart from art as it continuously tries to solve problems instead of prioritizing personal expression. The global ambition to unravel the mysteries of governance has, in my opinion, remained unsolved until today. This is where Web3 truly captured my interest, and I joined the Token Engineering Academy to study complex system design. Throughout my studies, I started to innovate on some of the lessons I learned and, after proposing them, successfully integrated them into The ALANA Project.

My journey has been characterized by leading small teams, project management, fostering community engagement, and garnering official recognition for my design work. Nevertheless, I am convinced that good design has a long-lasting impact and requires collective input. As I aspire to take on the role of Lead Steward at Unlock DAO, my goal is to prove that theory and make it become a reality for the ongoing growth and prosperity of Unlock DAO and the Protocol.

My leadership philosophy in decentralized settings is grounded in inclusivity, transparency, and collective decision-making. I firmly believe that the strength of a DAO resides in the diversity of its members and the collaborative spirit that propels it forward. As Lead Steward, I am committed to fostering an environment where every member not only feels valued but also empowered to contribute meaningfully.

Attached to this letter, I drafted a plan stating my commitments and expectations if you elect me as your Lead Steward of Unlock DAO.
