Goal of the proposal

This is a proposal for the payout of milestone #1 of ‘Si Her Unlock Value grant, which was approved by the Unlock DAO via onchain voting.
Our request is for the equivalent of 500 UDT in ARB, or 5120 ARB value at the time of snapshot temperature check submission. This milestone payout is in support of the business development, marketing and content development as mentioned in our proposal. We will be receiving and requesting our second milestone payout of 350 UDT to hold in UDT to receive 2 weeks after hosting our September 3rd and 5th workshops with a report.

About the proposal

The proposal contains a single call to the Arbitrum Delayed Inbox Contract's `createRetryableTicket` function on mainnet to create a `Retryable Ticket` that will attempt to execute an L2 request to the ARB token contract to transfer 5120.0 of token from the Timelock L2 Alias address `0x28ffDfB0A6e6E06E95B3A1f928Dc4024240bD87c` to the receiver's address 0x8687AB2FF3188F961828FC2131b6150Ee97Bedce - `transfer(0x8687AB2FF3188F961828FC2131b6150Ee97Bedce,5120.0)`.

Once approved and executed, the request will be sent to the Delayed Inbox contract and a ticket is created.

Note that, this function forces the sender to provide a reasonable amount of funds (at least enough to submitting, and attempting to executing the ticket), but that doesn't guarantee a successful auto-redemption.
