Goal of the proposal

I am seeking retro funding for the creation, facilitation, and completion of the Mission, Vision, and Adventure Plan Workshop. This is a proposal initiates the upfront payment of $2250 equivalent in ARB ~ 4050 ARB value at the time of creating this proposal, and 100 UDT which is the first part of 300 UDT to be streamed over 3 months.

About the proposal

The proposal contains one call to transfer 100 UDT to 0xED59e0fB105F003e508A1f59Fe9F4AE5a755BDeD as stated in the grant application.

The proposal contains a second call to the Arbitrum Delayed Inbox Contract's createRetryableTicket() function on mainnet to create a "Retryable Ticket" that will attempt to execute an L2 request to the ARB token contract to transfer 4050.0 of token from the Timelock L2 Alias address 0x28ffDfB0A6e6E06E95B3A1f928Dc4024240bD87c to the receiver's address 0xED59e0fB105F003e508A1f59Fe9F4AE5a755BDeD -  
  transfer(0xED59e0fB105F003e508A1f59Fe9F4AE5a755BDeD,4050.0).

Once approved and executed, the request will be sent to the Delayed Inbox contract and a ticket is created.

Note that, this function forces the sender to provide a reasonable amount of funds (at least enough to submitting, and attempting to executing the ticket), but that doesn't guarantee a successful auto-redemption.
