- Update USDT pool incentives from 200,000 TRU/day → 140,000 TRU/day
- Update TUSD pool incentives from 100,000 TRU/day → 70,000 TRU/day
- Update USDC pool incentives from 200,000 TRU/day → 140,000 TRU/day
