As discussed in the forum post of the 27th of March 2023, Archblock Inc. (onbehalf of TrustToken Inc.) wishes to assign the following assets to TrueFi Foundation Ltd.

Assigned Contracts:

That certain Master Loan Agreement entered into by and between Blockwater Technologies Co., Ltd. and Archblock (Cayman) (f.k.a. TrueTrading, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Archblock, Inc.) on April 26, 2022.

That certain Amendment No. 1 to Master Loan Agreement entered into by and between Blockwater Technologies Co., Ltd. and TrueTrading (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Archblock, Inc.) on August 8, 2022.

That certain Master Loan Agreement entered into by and between New World Holdings and TrueTrading (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Archblock, Inc.) on April 27, 2022.
