tl;dr: This proposal will fund a Prop House round for the creation of new Nouns heads.

Round: TraitWorks members will vote on 6 Nouns head designs from the entrants and award them 1.69 Ethereums each.

Rules: The round will stipulate that addresses should make 1 submission each and have 1 head as their submission. Entrants can include a short description of their head and, if they want, any additional designs below. But they must submit 1 main design as their submission.

Bob would ask the prop house people to make sure that the maximum amount of TraitWorks tokens can vote on submissions. Any TraitWorks tokens bought before the end of the submission period will be included in the voting snapshot. Bob wants to have as many voters in the DAO as possible.

Cost: 10.14 Ethereum

A message from Bob to fellow TraitWorks members:

TraitWorks is a DAO to fund cc0 artwork and the DAO members will decide what a better use is.

Bob is not ‘ghosting’, Bob will always be here, building on the blockchain. But if it is a requirement that all DAOs must have a CEO who regularly communicates with other members through specific channels it would be helpful for future proposals that this is stated beforehand.

Please refrain from trying to rug the DAO in future proposals. It is not fair on people who have bought TraitWorks tokens. Their funds are in the treasury too.

Bob is excited to build with other TraitWorks members. Except for the person who tried to rug the DAO.
