Proposal 54: reclaim remaining funds and cancel the sablier stream paying butterfly-effect.eth
This proposal is a resubmission of Proposal 50. This proposal reclaims the remaining unstreamed funds back to Tornado Cash Governance and cancels the Sablier stream which currently pays butterfly-effect.eth according to Proposal 45 created at https://etherscan.io/address/0xc4217881856cA15c320B32A87F9ab3Ed17a5A9d0#code. The relevant Sablier streamId (105469) to be cancelled can be verified by looking at the input data of the following transaction: https://etherscan.io/tx/0x7dcf3cd8daa200b94ad45419ec71075ef73ed94d55ae24d51e2e604074f9fb02.
