Over the past several months we’ve worked in the open to develop a 12-month budget for the Treasury Guild. This budget can be seen at the link listed below.

This budget is a spend approval - not a spend mandate. The primary objective of this budget is to facilitate DAO operations and to take steps towards diversifying into a healthy treasury.

EDIT FROM ORIGINAL POST: The Treasury Guild will request quarterly the budgeted amount from the DAO to reduce the risk of having significant amount of funds in a multisig and to allow the treasury guild to perform course corrections.
