As of this writing, NeoTokyo S1 floor price is 8 Eth, which is what we paid for NeoTokyo Citizen #231. However, at time of purchase 8 Eth equaled $10,368.08. During that time we have staked this NFT earning approximately 800 $Bytes Those $Bytes are now worth almost as much as what we paid for the NFT. Our NFT is staked for another 2 days after which we need to decide to restake it and continue earning $Bytes or flip it. If we Restake it, we’ll need to decide for how long. Currently we hold 1060 $Bytes. See below for Yield Rates and Time Lock Periods

If we’d rather flip it for profit we have discussed a target price of 30 Eth. As of this writing, a NeoTokyo S1 Citizen with a reward rate of 4/8 has an Estimated FP of 30 Eth so we could list immediately. Or we could wait and see if NeoTokyo FP continues to rise (which I think it will)

This is likely one of the most pivotal decisions we’ve faced in a long time and at this juncture will almost certainly determine the future of the project. *If the number of total Votes for Staking > Votes for Selling, we will Stake for the length of time with the highest number of votes.
