Proposal: Buy 30eth worth of Otherside land. This would Dollar Cost Average our current Otherside holdings massively, and most importantly this is a blue chip NFT which is on massive discount right now due to the current bear market. Eth and NFTs are down heavy at the moment and its the perfect time to accumulate blue chip land. Even if they go down further, long term this current price is still a fantastic entry. Since mint, average price per sale is 8.5eth, current floor price is 2.79eth… absolute no brainer in my opinion. Long term the Otherside will win, because thats what Yuga Labs do.🏆
