Specifics: There are 4 tiers of Burrows, including plots of land as follows (along with approximate current floor prices): Den: 1 plot of land (.4 ETH) Suite: 4 plots of land (1 ETH) High Rolla: 9 plots of land (3 ETH) Snoop: 16 plots of land (7 ETH)

Given these land dynamics, the Suites appear to be especially undervalued. I propose the following purchases (which can be adjusted by the team based on market conditions at the time of purchase):

Why Burrows? Burrows were created by Fluf World in partnership with Beyond Games to offer a unique VR/AR experience. They have even partnered with Snoop Dogg to create a Snoop Burrow. Exquisitely crafted, each Burrow has an impeccable level of detail. There is already a working app on iPhone and Android to tour the Burrows. In addition to being personal hang out spaces, it has been hinted that Burrows will be necessary for Fluf breeding, which is speculated to begin in several weeks. It is also speculated that Burrows will be necessary to unlock Mycelium, the token that will be used within the Fluf ecosystem.
