Dear LanDAO fam, I have been holder of this interesting project since mostly the early days, and i have follow the progress so far. My experience in the finance / investment industry tell me that it’s time for us to start generating “alpha” in our investments and also setup a clear reporting that help us to know the value of our vault + help us to make informated decisions

Rational

Currently, TheLandDAO lacks of a clear reporting, financial assesment that may prevent us to take information decisiones in regards of our investment portfolio (we can be over exposed to some projects not performing well), and we are sitting on assets that does not accrue any other value to us appart from the possible appraisal of its (floor) price in the market

Proposal:

For that reasons, I propose the creation of Portfolio Managers Position, this position will be in charge of:

• Execute & Actively looking for yield bearing strategies for our assets as proposed by me in the followed proposal: https://snapshot.org/#/thelanddaoprop.eth/proposal/0x4e8771c5be911898f12d6e37133420f3520d64d221816bd07df6194d31dae39b

• Host bi weekly AmAs to inform the communities / Board regarding the progresses and value creation (alpha)

• Follow market news / general nft news to suggest assets / derisk posibilities to benefit the DAO Vault

If this proposal is accepted, this should be sent to the Board to stablish requirements + potential compensation
