This proposal is two-fold:

Assign community manager to work hard on getting a whitelist spot for a White Sands parcel. If they are able to obtain, the purchase price of the parcel will be 0.5 eth, which will need to be funded by the DAO.

Preapprove funds to be able to buy a White Sands parcel pass on secondary. In addition to obtaining a pass via whitelist, we propose the DAO preapprove funding of up-to 5 eth for the purchase of a parcel pass on secondary. The reason for the pre-approval is because the demand is expected to be extreme, and therefore the team will need to move expeditiously in purchasing a parcel pass without need for another vote.
