I seem to have lost my mind in a vulnerable state & decided to throw a warehouse party in San Francisco with DJ Dials after our post-NYE heart to heart ramen / daily planner buying session. naturally I have also decided to reinvent the wheel by building my own silly ticketing app that utilizes magic.link and stripe in attempt to bring the web# worlds together in some sort of harmony. will it work? I really have no idea, please help me test it https://fools.raptor.pizza.

the good thing about being an idiot who builds his own possibly functional ticketing app, is that it can include NFT tickets that are in essence purchasable with normal money, so everyone is happy & unaware of being rugged (jk). the other benefit of NFT tickets that came to mind when I thought about the unreasonable amount of things I'm trying to do at once, is that I can put some of these unreasonable things that I love on the ticket as a way to make the tickets more lovable, & share this love with new people who love music because they bought the tickets for the music (not the open bar), so everyone is happy.

that is all to say, I would propose putting the park symbol on the NFT tickets, here is a sample (see below the text). you will recognize another symbol. I think they look nice together, but I am also very open to creative input on changing how these symbols look, or if you want more symbols? I am symbol-flexible.

oh yeah, the other boring details of the party are that it is on April 1st at the Gingerbread House. there will be an open bar and a collection of friendly wannabe DJ's, including myself. tickets will be between $35-50, so I would love to use sponsorship as a way to bring more people in for free because I am sure there are cool people who could use a wild night out without anxiety related to the cost. the production costs are estimated to be about $12,000, so there is my anxiety, but if we sell enough tickets we will cover it.

the NFT tickets will be airdropped to magic.link wallets of those who buy tickets with their normal money. in the future we will diversify the ways that one can buy tickets and remove the dependency on a custodial magic.link wallet. future parties will offer various perks for past ticket holders to maintain the provenance of this ticket journey. those who have tickets trapped in their custodial wallets will be guided to moving it to their own wallets if they so wish. ticket movement beyond that will be regulated by an aggressive royalty hardcoded into the transfer hook requiring at least 10% of the sale going back to thepark treasury.
