The Park Art Generation by Glassface and Team Retroactive Payment

The proposal is simple - Glassface and team created 4 layers of art that will be used to randomly generate The Park token art everyday on-chain. This work was completed between Dec 2022 and Jan 2023. The proposal is for approval of retroactive payment for this work.
The 4 layers consist of 1. backgrounds 2. posterized photos of The Park sessions, 3. stylized Zorbs, 4. Noggles overlays.
