Together for Hogar Bolívar: A Contribution from PanamaDAO
Greetings, Pitiguays! As part of our commitment to the well-being of those in need, I am pleased to present the initiative "Together for Hogar Bolívar: A Contribution from PanamaDAO." Through this effort, we aim to support the care and dignity of the residents of Hogar Bolívar.
Donation Objective
Our goal is to improve the quality of life of the elderly at Hogar Bolívar by donating 12 boxes of disposable diapers, each containing 48 units. This donation will help maintain proper hygiene for the seniors in this home.
Impact of the Donation
- It will support the staff by making daily care for the residents easier.
- It will foster a sense of community and solidarity, showcasing the impact PanamaDAO can have in helping others and encouraging more people to join initiatives like this.
Funding Request
We are requesting $680.28 (0.25 ETH) to purchase 12 boxes of 48 diapers each, totaling 576 units for the elderly residents of Hogar Bolívar.
The price has been quoted from the PriceSmart website (link attached):
PriceSmart - Adult Diapers (48 units, Size G)
This amount includes the price per unit + taxes.
Additionally, we are requesting $136.34 (0.05 ETH) to cover transportation expenses for the diaper delivery.
We hope this contribution from all the Pitiguay members of PanamaDAO inspires others to join charitable causes and continue building a more dignified future for everyone in Panama.
