20k Token Swap and LP TEC <> GIV
As per https://forum.tecommons.org/t/token-swap-tec-giv-and-create-lp/894
I am proposing to swap 20k DAI worth of TEC for 20k DAI worth of GIV and to match GIV received with an additional 20k worth of TEC to create a TEC/GIV LP on Honeyswap. This will be carried out by the LASERTAG multisig.
The TEC will request 43,762.69 GIV in exchange for 8,637.85 TEC, and provide a further 8,637.85 TEC to create a GIV/TEC LP on Honeyswap. Actual token amounts we’re obtained from a 7 day price average between February 25 to March 3, 2022 using the CoinGecko API.

TEC will be sent to the Giveth Liquidity Safe where it will be paired with GIV to create an additonal LP, held by Giveth.
