Synopsis: With successful passing of the Kanpai proposal, part 3 of the proposal will now decide the split between stables and ETH that will be diverted to the Treasury. Three options will be present: full ETH, full stables, and 50-50 ETH + stables.
TLDR: Decision on the asset(s) that will be directed to the Treasury through Kanpai.
