Formally Hire 0xMaki to Lead Project

(Remember, these are community proposals. Currently SushiSwap has no formal full time team. All votes must receive overwhelming support from the community, and anyone can make proposals.)
TL;DR:
-SushiSwap doesn’t have a full-time team yet. -0xMaki still has a day job. -It is time for him to be rewarded for the work he has done as a founder and have him focus on Sushi full time. -This proposal would give him a one-time founders grant with: –500k Sushi upfront, and 500k locked over a one-year period as a founders grant. –A payment of 500k Sushi vested over two-years for continued work on Sushi. -This would have him as the head of core team focused on building out SushiSwap. -The community could revoke the additional 500k Sushi if 0xMaki is no longer working on SushiSwap. -Future votes can establish additional budget and bonuses for Maki if there is strong performance.
Maki will then put forward a plan for SushiSwap, a budget proposal for teams and appointing a core team, and clear guidelines for voting quorums and process to be decided by the community.
The payments on vesting will be approved on a monthly basis (no-cliff) and paid each month by the multisig holders approving the transaction.
