Formally Hire 0xMaki to lead project, Option #2
TL;DR:
-SushiSwap doesn’t have a full-time team yet. -0xMaki still has a day job. -It is time for him to be rewarded for the work he has done as a founder and have him focus on Sushi full time. -This proposal would give him a one-time founders grant with: –250k SUSHI upfront. –750k SUSHI vested monthly over a term of 3 years. –500k SUSHI for project milestones such as TVL, monthly trading volume/fee revenue generated, etc. -This would have him as the head of core team focused on building out SushiSwap. -The community could revoke the unvested SUSHI if 0xMaki is no longer working on SushiSwap. -Future votes can establish additional budget and bonuses for Maki if there is strong performance.
Maki will then put forward a plan for SushiSwap, a budget proposal for teams and appointing a core team, and clear guidelines for voting quorums and process to be decided by the community.
The payments on vesting will be approved on a monthly basis (no-cliff) and paid each month by the multisig holders approving the transaction.
