CB Recruitment - Head Chef Remuneration [Signal]

Synopsis:
During last fall’s Head Chef Search, CB Recruitment helped Sushi by bringing two candidates to the search process. Ultimately, Jared being one of these candidates and thus now Head Chef of Sushi this proposal will determine if the Sushi DAO should honor the renumeration package that was discussed over forum posts & forum calls to reward CB recruitment for bringing the winning candidate to the race.
CB recruitment in the link forum post, presented 3 options to potentially compensate them for the recruitment effort. The total $$ amount would be $100k, but several options have been laid forth for the renumeration package.
These 3 options include:
- $50k USDC + $50k SUSHI tokens paid immediately after a successful DAO vote
- $50k USDC paid immediately + $50k SUSHI tokens (at today’s price) paid 1 year after Jared’s start date (assuming still in position)
- $50k USDC paid immediately + $50k USDC paid 1 year after Jared’s start date (assuming still in position)
Voting options will consist of the above + a No renumeration package option
