TLDR:

Actions to be taken:

• Immediate suspension of compensation committee duties that were granted under Sushi 2.0.
• Immediate disclosure to the wider DAO of the salary and bonus packages agreed by compensation committee.
• All packages and bonuses agreed by the compensation committee must be shared with the DAO for ratification through snapshot.
• Immediate suspension of bonus payments.
• Immediate suspension of the sale of assets held by the operations team for the purpose of funding bonus payments for the operations team or unratified legal payments.
• Disclosure of packages agreed by the compensation committee members with each other for their own bonus and compensation packages.
• Provide immediate details on what entities have been set up by the operations team or their representatives.
• Update the DAO on the status of any legal entities or companies that the operations team has formed.
