Stargate Additional Supported Assets

By expanding the supported asset pools for Stargate, we may be able to open up new markets and users. While monitoring other solutions, we can identify that 7 figure transfers of ETH between L2/Sidechains (Arbitrum, Optimism & Polygon) are taking place. Stargate could ensure a better user experience by making it a single transaction process by avoiding the need for additional swaps.
