SIP #7 - Initial ETH Pool Implementation & Incentives
Issue Statement
The new ETH pools need liquidity incentives in order to support transfers over Stargate. Also, the chains, connections and weights need to be defined in order to support ETH transfers over Stargate.
##Solution
The initial ETH pools should exist on Ethereum, Optimism, and Arbitrum. Their proposed initial pathway weights and connections are as follows:

The proposed initial emissions programs for ETH pools is below:
Emissions should be split between chains as detailed below:
- Ethereum - 90%
- Optimism - 5%
- Arbitrum - 5%
Additionally, the Stargate teams (core & front-end) need to complete the following:
- Core: create new smart contracts for ETH pools that incorporate Stargate’s core features - Transfer, Pool, & Farm
- Front-end: UI updates to incorporate transferring ETH over Stargate
Success
- The Stargate ETH pools are widely adopted and receive significant usage from the Ethereum, Optimism, and Arbitrum communities.
- There are enough incentives to provide significant liquidity and transfer volume for ETH pools
