SIP #9 - Outstanding STG Rewards on Optimism

LP’s who had staked USDC on Optimism were unable to claim rewards as the STG emissions ended sooner than other chains. These LP’s need to be made whole, and have their rewards made available to them.
There are ~52,740 STG outstanding as owed to Optimism LP’s. As it is extremely cost efficient to transact on the Optimism Network, the outstanding STG token amounts will be airdropped to the affected users.
