Create a 6-Month budget for the following key business operational needs: audits, legal and accounting, and general business operations expenses. The Stargate Foundation will be tasked with dispensing the budget. The most capital efficient funding method should be employed. All operational funds will be transferred to a disclosed wallet so all spending will transparently be on chain.
