Propose to leverage 5m$ of STG rewards for the next month in “bribes” to veCRV holders, CVX holders & Redacted Cartel.

Summary: STG/USDC is currently one of the highest generating volume pool for Curve finance without any CVX rewards nor having our position staked to earn plain CRV rewards. We should lead the way and boost rewards for the pool by bribing on Votium CVX holders in the next round. By offering a lesser but still interesting reward to veCRV holders for this trial phase of one month would also be helpful to align the community as we are bound to have more collaboration in the future. The last participant would be Redacted Cartel a DAO who is accumulating gov. tokens in DeFi they are among the biggest CVX holders with a desire to build further in the greater LayerZero ecosystem via Hidden Hands - Pirex - etc.

Reward Breakdown:

• 5 millions in USD (approx. 2398401 STG tokens)
• 3.5m USD worth of STG to Votium
• 1m USD worth of STG to veCRV holders
• 500k USD worth of STG to Redacted Cartel
• Second Phase would be to stake our LP position to accumulate theses rewards claiming before each voting rounds our accumulated CRV/CVX and gradually decrease bribing to be more sustainable.
• This is to be reevaluated after a trial of 1 month to see if this vote boosting is beneficial to Stargate.
