Idle DAO (stkIDLE holders)

Summary

This off-chain poll aims to gauge the sentiment among stkIDLE holders regarding IIP-13, which has been launched on-chain. If the poll will reach the quorum, the vote will be broadcasted on-chain.

This IIP would decrease the Flash Loan fee to 0.02% and execute a series of minor bug fixes, upgrading the oracle to v3.

IIP Motivation

The proposal passed the Temperature Check and has been launched on-chain.

An Immunefy contributor discovered a bug related to a deprecated method and Dev League released PriceOracleV3. The proposal includes also a couple of small fixes in the IdleTokenGovernance rebalance method.

The idleController oracle update would embed the Flash Loan fee change. The current fee is 0.08%, and this IIP proposes to reduce it to 0.02%. This change would allow Idle protocol to become more competitive on Ethereum and the upcoming Polygon layers.

This IIP complies with the stkIDLE Voting Framework. Only stkIDLE holders can vote on this poll. Threshold to make the poll valid (both metrics should be reached):

• 30% of circulating stkIDLE voting the poll (min. 71’439 stkIDLE)
• at least 70% on the same option

If the poll reaches the quorum, the community multisig will broadcast the decision on-chain. Current On-chain Voting Power: 344’184 $IDLE
