Idle DAO (stkIDLE holders)

Summary

This off-chain poll aims to gauge the sentiment among stkIDLE holders regarding IIP-18, which has been launched on-chain. If the poll will reach the quorum, the vote will be broadcasted on-chain.

IIP-18 collects multiple initiatives:

• Governor Bravo update
• M1-2022 Leagues budget transfer
• Idle Smart Treasury migration
• Enzyme Bug Bounty cooperation

The code for the IIP is here. New contracts for Governor Bravo are

• GovernorBravoDelegate (Delegate, ie Implementation)
• GovernorBravoDelegator (Delegator, ie Proxy)

IIP-18 actions:

• Migrate to Governor Bravo: a. Set new admin for the Timelock b. Set Dev Multisig wallet as the Governor Bravo whitelisted guardian c. Initialize Governor Bravo
• Withdraw WETH balance from Fee Treasury Fund to the Treasury multisig wallet
• Withdraw USDC balance from Fee Treasury Fund to the Treasury multisig wallet
• Withdraw 48,493 $IDLE from Ecosystem Fund to the Treasury Multisig wallet
• Remove Smart Treasury from Fee Collector distribution (fees will be distributed to the Fee Treasury Fund)
• Withdraw all funds from the Smart Treasury (~15 WETH, ~208,000 $IDLE)
• Send 6250 $IDLE from Ecosystem Fund to Enzyme wallet

This IIP complies with the stkIDLE Voting Framework. Only stkIDLE holders can vote on this poll. The threshold to make the poll valid (both metrics should be reached):

• 30% of circulating stkIDLE voting the poll (min. 88,320 stkIDLE)
• at least 70% on the same option If the poll reaches the quorum, the community multisig will broadcast the decision on-chain. Current On-chain Voting Power: 418,747 $IDLE
