• Introducing $IDLE Gauges model for Tranches
• Uniswap v3 - Liquidity Concentration and 50k IDLE Deployment)

IIP-20 actions:

• transfer 178,200 IDLE from IdleController to IdleDistributor: 1 action
• reduce the IdleController’s idleRate from 0.5 IDLE/block to 0.3875 IDLE/block: 1 action
• transfer 50,000 $IDLE from the Ecosystem fund to the Treasury League multisig: 1 action

This IIP complies with the stkIDLE Voting Framework. Only stkIDLE holders can vote on this poll. The threshold to make the poll valid (both metrics should be reached):

• 30% of circulating stkIDLE voting the poll (min. 111,674 stkIDLE)
• at least 70% on the same option

If the poll reaches the quorum, the community multisig will broadcast the decision on-chain. Current On-chain Voting Power: 539,260$IDLE
