Stake DAO

—- Summary -—

Whitelist the Convergence’s veSDT multisig.

—- Rationale -—

The veSDT multisig (Safe multisig) is a core contract of the Stake DAO aggregation within Convergence. Instead of holding our veSDT and the gauge tokens on the same contract, we opted for a 2-contracts logic, that allows modularity and adaptability.

This multisig will be used for:

• Permanently lock SDT that are converted to cvgSDT;
• Permanently delegate the veBoost to the second contract which holds gauge tokens;
• Votes on Stake DAO gauge weights, according to metagovernance operations, handled with mgCVG.

Later on, custom modules will be added so everyone can, in a permissionless manner:

• Lock SDT that are not yet locked on the multisig;
• Extend the lock duration;
• Update/extend the veBoost delegation;
• Claim rewards;
• Send rewards to the cvgSDT buffer.

In order to ensure a fair execution of the metagovernance, and every other action that is needed, the multisig members are:

• Wireshark (Convergence co-founder);
• Solidity Ashtray (Convergence co-founder);
• Robo-Odin (Convergence Proto-DAO member);
• Chago (Stake DAO core team);
• Hubert (Stake DAO core team).

The multisig will function with a 3/5 threshold.
