Prop-022 - DAO BOO Sale to Hector DAO
This proposal is regarding Hector DAOs own recent proposal seen here: https://twitter.com/HectorDAO_HEC/status/1518665634510479364
TIP-017 in which their DAO voted to purchase 500k USD worth of BOO.
We think this purchase can be done OTC (over the counter, aka directly between each other rather than using the market) using DAO owned BOO currently totaling ~400k BOO held in the SpookySwap Multisig.
The purchase would be done with 500k USDC from Hector DAO at market price at a time of their choosing within 48 hours of the end of this vote.
The 500k USDC would be used to diversify and strengthen the DAO funds of SpookySwap and its investment/use can be determined in the future by the DAO.
At current market price of ~9.00$ the sale would equal roughly 55,500 BOO.
