Prop-018 - Treasury token swap with Beethovenx

We propose to conduct a token exchange of BOO for BEETS with Beethovenx to enhance the collaboration and synergy of our leading Fantom protocols.
Per agreement of the two protocols, the exchanged tokens will not be used for farming or for governance voting, until possibly revised by future governance votes.
The swap rate will be based on weekly TWAP (time weighted average price) and will be conducted in two batches. The total amount will be about 20,000 BOO.
Pro:
- This would help diversify the treasury holdings
- The token swap would align the interest of the two protocols, which helps long term collaborations of the two protocols to help better Fantom DeFi for everyone
- This would set an impactful example for other leading protocols in the Fantom ecosystem to partner, which would be beneficial to the entire Fantom DeFi ecosystem.
Con:
- This increases the treasury exposure to a potentially volatile asset
- It is hard to predict the price action of the tokens in the long run to judge the timing of the swap.
