Prop-012 - Stake more DAO BOO in 0xDAO?

This proposal asks whether more DAO BOO should be staked in xBOO then subsequently staked in 0xDAO to farm OXD. This OXD would be kept in the DAO for future voting use.
Why is the SpookySwap DAO owning OXD important? -Though we will receive our own ve(3,3), OXD is set to be liquid proxy votes for Solidly, and for every OXD we have we can further boost rewards to a BOO pair on SolidSwap
BOO in 0xDAO can be used for voting.
