Prop-020 - Sale of solidly veNFT to Deus Finance
Should SpookySwap sell its veNFT currently worth 1,798,926.05 Solid to Deus Finance?
The price would be approximately 1,600,000 USDC. The veNFT is currently set to unlock all of the Solid on 2026-02-04 and it is Token ID 3.
Rationale: The veNFT’s use to Spooky has lessened and this added capital could be used for a variety of uses now, such as hiring more developers, to deepen BOO liquidity and more!
Pros:
- Huge treasury boon for SpookySwap DAO
- Dev time no longer needed to be dedicated to veNFT management
Cons:
- No longer will be able to vote for BOO-xBOO on Solidly, but emissions are a lot lower so its not a big loss
- Can no longer farm for Fees

How would the USDC be used?
This will be decided on later with another vote, and anyone can submit votes with ideas, but the team’s current favorite idea is to use it to pair with BOO on Uniswap, either as USDC or ETH, to further distribute and deepen the liquidity of BOO, permanently.
