PROP-026 - Treasury Management
The purpose of this proposal is for the BOO holders to decide on a more managed approach for the Treasury.
Background

Baseline
Current Treasury management is focused on LPs that are directly in the path of Spooky, all of those comprising BOO, FTM, USDC. Special mention goes to ETH/BOO since that one came as a need for a Chainlink oracle.
Spooky DAO is not pursuing an aggressive management model both because of risk and because of actual management entailed.
Proposal
Spooky DAO will start pursuing an active treasury investment opportunity delegating such decision making authority to the Team which will present to Spooky DAO a detailed analysis at the end of each quarter. This proposal aims to provide the Team with the authority to initiate the investments needed.
The assets will be managed thru a Safe to ensure an initial risk management. Ideas to be pursued: Lending Staking Bonding Collateral and Borrowing with safety margins
