This new proposal aims at adding a new type of BOO farm, BOO-USDC and a new farm APE-FTM, APE is the governance token of the Bored Ape Yacht Club, more info here: https://apecoin.com/ and has had extremely high volume, something we are hoping to attract to Spooky!

The BOO-USDC farm has a lot of key benefits: More Stable BOO price as there is now arbitrage between the BOO-FTM and BOO-USDC pair Cheaper for people to buy BOO with USDC, normally to buy BOO with USDC you route through FTM-USDC, which results in a net cost of 0.4% (two swaps at 0.2% each). With this new pair, people can buy BOO for less which can make it more enticing. Additional yield to BOO holders, this farm will raise the % of Farm rewards directed to BOO pairs, raising the amount of inflation directed towards those more likely to hold BOO.

This Prop also comes with adjusting existing farms, these adjustments are based on 30d volume and liquidity, some of which are expired partnered staking pools.

The resulting net farm changes is a reduction of 2.3x weight! Freeing up this 2.3x worth of weight will allow us to add more partnered staking pools, and in the meantime means an APR boost for all other farms by 3% (multiplicatively)
