This prop outlines a need for funding to list on a second Tier 1 Centralized Exchange.

$BOO is ready to be listed on a second Tier 1 Centralized Exchange! A non-exhaustive list of tier 1 exchanges are: Coinbase, Bitfinex, Binance, Huobi, Kraken, Gemini, Okex, FTX. Like our previous tier 1 listing, there are costs to listing on such a prestigious exchange. As a requirement for listing, the CEX requires a $70,000 listing fee. Also, as a requirement for listing, we will need to provide additional funds for market making to Kronos research, $100,000 in BOO and $100,000 in USDC, though we can take back the market making funds at any time, they are ours.

The breakdown of the funding request is as follows:

• The CEX requires a listing fee of $70,000
• The CEX requires $200,000 worth of liquidity as a mixture of BOO and USDC which will be met with the assistance of a market maker. The BOO and USDC mixture would be deposited into the Market Makers accounts, but they are still our funds.
• To add the new pair to this CEX, the Market Maker will charge an additional $2,000 a month, which would be a persistent recurring cost to the DAO.
• Any PNL and/or trading fees incurred by the Market Maker would be covered by the DAO

The Market Maker we are using is Kronos Research. They are a trusted partner of WOO Network, who Spooky is a partner with, as well.
