SIP-4: Delegate the voting power of ENS tokens in Sismo DAO to dhadrien.sismo.eth

Delegate the voting power of the ENS tokens owned by the Sismo DAO treasury to dhadrien.sismo.eth (Sismo Founder and CEO).
Abstract
The Sismo Treasury multisig wallet owns 32,407 ENS tokens. We suggest delegating the voting power of those tokens to dhadrien.sismo.eth (Sismo Founder and CEO) so he can participate in the ENS DAO governance and ensure the strategic alignment of both DAOs.
Motivation
Why the Sismo DAO needs to have a strong voice in the ENS DAO: Ethereum Naming Service (ENS) is a critical piece of Ethereum infrastructure which Sismo has used to develop its ENS subdomain DAO and which will be a fundamental brick used to share Zk badges. The ENS token allocation distributed to Sismo acts as a reward for past collaborations between both projects and an incentive for future continued synergy between the DAOs. By delegating the voting power of the 32,407 $ENS tokens owned by Sismo DAO to dhadrien.sismo.eth, we would provide Sismo’s founder the capability to have a significant voice in the ENS DAO governance process and thus, to ensure its strategy and execution stays true to ENS vision and aligned with Sismo protocol.
Why the ENS voting power is delegated to dhadrien.sismo.eth: The goal of token delegation is to allow for community leaders to emerge and represent the interests of delegators who do not necessarily have the time or knowledge to stay on top of all news. Dhadrien.sismo.eth, being knowledgeable about ENS, having already >29k ENS tokens delegated to him and being at the core of Sismo Genesis strategic decisions, has the best profile to be an ENS delegate for the Sismo DAO. On the contrary, requiring the Sismo DAO to vote on each ENS proposal would be unsustainable. It would mean creating countless Snapshot or Discord polls, which would both clutter the Snapshot space with non-core Sismo proposals and/or induce voters fatigue in the community.
Specification
The Sismo DAO treasury multisig will call the ‘delegate’ function of the ENS token contract setting up dhadrien.sismo.eth as the delegate address.
