Move ETH from SiloDAO's treasury to the development fund

You are voting to: 1- Move 897 ETH from SiloDAO’s treasury to the development fund. 2- Authorize the core team to deploy ETH to silos in response to future snapshot votes. 3- Authorize the core team to rebalance ETH positions or withdraw ETH into the development fund if needed.
The funds can be moved back to SiloDAO’s treasury at any time via a new governance proposal.
If this vote passes, an identical on-chain vote will be created to execute the transfer. Once funds become available in the development fund, we can vote to determine: 1- Silos that will receive ETH 2- ETH weight per voted silo
Why deploy ETH to silos?
- Silos need initial liquidity to generate traction.
- ETH sits idle in the treasury.
- It garners trust in the protocol and encourages prospective depositors to deposit and borrow.
- It opens up co-marketing opportunities with other projects.
