- Extending $1,000,000 XAI to the USDC silo
In addition to the current 5M Extension given to USDC, we recommend further expanding the XAI in this silo by 1,000,000. This silo has proven remarkably successful for the DAO, and Utilization is starting to grow. We should increase this line to match our recent uptick in interest.
It is also worth noting that the XAI/FRAXBP curve pool is currently 40/60, meaning more XAI is needed in circulation to balance out price since some users enter the pool solely with USDC/FRAX.
USDC meets all liquidity and oracle requirements in the Risk Framework as this was our launch asset and accounts for most XAI minting.
