Motivation:
The withdrawal process took 2 hours for our signers and software platform expert to configure, and they are not done- they have to coordinate to close the withdrawals.
Proposal:
To reduce work for our volunteers, I propose that we modify our rules to only allow ETH redemption at the end of the auction for Noun #9, instead of after every auction.
This proposal does not affect our policy on redemption after we win our first noun, which is still undecided.
