SIP 58 - Federation Voting Integration
TLDR: Deploy Federation Contract and fund it with .5 ETH
Currently we delegate our Nouns to an individual so that the DAO can participate in Nouns governance. But interest has been expressed by the community to allow exercising these rights in a trustless manner.

Federation is a smart contract and web app that operates as an on-chain delegated voter. A Federation contract can be deployed and external voting rights can be delegated to it.
Members of a community can then vote on the outcome they would like to see for a Nouns proposal using Federation’s voting interface. This all happens on-chain. By funding the the contract with .5 ETH we can set up an automatic gas refund for voters.
Other communities in the Nouns ecosystem are also using Federation. Including Gnars and Lil Nouns.
Federation would like to onboard SharkDAO free of charge. This will require deploying a new Federation contract for the DAO and delegating our Nouns to it.
Note:
Using Federation does not come with any risk of asset loss. The contract behaves as an on-chain delegated voter and cannot execute any arbitrary transactions. Federation can only cast votes against other DAO proposals.
