TL;DR Renew Jawshua Fisher as NounsDAO Rep for an additional 9mos (starting 4/1/23) Pay NounsDAO Rep/s 2E Per Month until the process can be automated and then re-evaluate.

More Info: My official period and payments ending at the end of Dec and I’ve been hesitant to vote but have been asked by several members to continue voting.

Over my tenure as SharkDAO Rep I have constantly promoted SharkDAO and our Nouns and have contributed to them being included in many exciting Props such as Rose Bowl Parade, Blu’s Xanadu Episode, Nouns Comic, Atriums Short Film and more.

Over the course of 2023 I want to continue working towards solutions to make voting easier and more efficient. I’ve been speaking with both Federation and Agora about implementing the tools they are creating to achieve this goal. In the meantime much of the voting remains a manual process.

I’m wiling to continue doing this work and will continue looking for resources for the DAO to make things better. First thing on the list would be finding another delegate for Prop House using Liquid Delegation.
