Fund the Shark PFP project

A team of SharkDAO contributors has stepped up to the task of delivering the long-anticipated PFP project.

Details

• Deliverables:

  • Planned 48 (#0 minted to SharkDAO treasury) 1/1 Genesis Sharks from both up and coming and well-established pixel artists auctioned over long-form cadence.
  • A unique generative PFP collection of Shark Pups.
    • SharkDAO members will be eligible for a free claimable mint pass
    • The majority of supply will be sold to the public
    • A significant portion will be distributed to a other communities, our treasury, and active contributors.
  • A website revamp introducing our SharkDAO web3verse and auction + minting experience.

• Revenue:

  • Genesis Heads
    • Split between the artist 50%, DAO (36%), and team (14%).
  • Mint Passes
    • Split between the DAO (72%) and team (28%).
  • Continued revenue from secondary sales.
    • Split between the DAO (72%) and team (28%)
  • Expected SharkDAO profit from deliverables: 160-220 ETH.

• Budget:

  • We are asking for 65 ETH from the SharkDAO Treasury, distributed as follows
    • 35 ETH to the PFP team.
    • 15 ETH to compensate contributing artists.
    • 10 ETH delegated to operational expenses.
    • 5 ETH delegated to marketing expenses.

• Oversight:

  • The PFP Team may adjust their members with a simple majority vote as they see fit.
    • A committee will be composed of multi-sig members + additional elected delegates to replace any multi-sig members participating in the team.
    • The oversight committee will be notified about any operational or marketing plans that use budget and has the ability to pause funding at any time.
