TL;DR Renew Jawshua Fisher as NounsDAO Rep for an additional 6mos Pay NounsDAO Rep 1E + 500K Shark Per Month Retro-pay NounsDAO Rep .5E + 250K Shark Per Month

Recap I, Jawshua Fisher, have been the active NounsDAO rep since 12/19/21. This SIP would codify what has been done so far and set up guidelines for future SharkDAO Reps.

What I’ve done:

• Joined All the weekly calls

• Created the NounsDAO Prop -> SharkDAO Snapshot pipeline with Brian

• Worked with Klim to get Prop54 on-chain via SharkDAO

• Voted on NounsDAO Votes (missed some in the beginning, missed some due to quorum)

• Manually update Discord Announcements provide dynamic time stamps and links

• Ping the DAO for low turnout

• Reach out to direct when necessary to make sure we pass quorum (easily >50% of votes)

• Pushed for quorum solution which was found through Dynamic Quorum

• Read and Voted on Prop House Rounds 1-4

• Coordinated with Seneca to create SharkDAO Specific Prop House

• Provide NounsDAO updates on SharkDAO Contributor Calls, Comms Calls and Town Halls

• Spread Nounish Joy and SharkDAO love throughout the Nouniverse

• Promote Sharks, loop them in and generally try to engage Sharks with Nouns projects.

• Next Up - I would like to be re-instated for another 6 mos.

Goals

1. Secure NounsDAO to Snapshot voting infastructure - work with Brian to migrate from his wallet to a SharkDAO controlled wallet
2. Institute Snapshot to Discord Bot - this was disabled after Discord attack
3. Work on automatic trustless voting solution for NounsDAO Votes
4. Continue building SharkDAO NounsDAO Prop Pipeline
5. Onboard an additional rep if the DAO elects one

Responsibilities

1. Vote on NounsDAO On-Chain Proposals
2. Vote on NounsDAO Prop House Rounds
3. Monitor SharkDAO NounsDAO Snapshots * encourage voting
4. Stay active in NounsDAO server and initiatives

Comp

When we first started this program we weren’t sure how much work this would be and didn’t know what the appropriate reward should be. Although the role has various rewards it is also a real responsibility and has been a lot of work.

Future Funding: 1E + 500k Shark per month (starting June 1)

Automatically eligible for NounsDAO Nouner opportunities where only 1 individual can participate eg. Oni Skateboards, CoinCenter Dinner, etc and for WL with greater than 2 spots (SharkDAO Wallet & Curation Wallet are first 2)

.1E paid in advance for gas fees, replenished at increments of .05 when <.02. Detailed records w/ txt information must be provided before replenishment.

Retro Funding: Since it was unclear if this would be a paid position I propose to retro-fund the previous months at 50% the new rate.
