SIP - 54: Reactivate the Comms Bounties Budget
When the “Funding Comms 2.0” -proposal passed, a 5 ETH-fund for paying bounties to community projects and active contributors was established. The funding term ended on 8/31, but we still have a remaining bounties-budget of 2.4 ETH. With this proposal we’d like to extend the funding term of the bounties budget and use it for the following activities:

Compensate Jacopo (slice.so) for creating a custom contract for The Shark Street Comic #2 -> 0.3 ETH

Equip the Shark DAO Creator Contest with ETH to cover the rewards for their latest contest -> 0.4 ETH

Establish a reserve for upcoming expenses, such as hiring graphic designers, developers, or compensating community members. The process of deciding who receives payment is exactly as described in the “Comms2.0”-proposal.
The reactivated bounties-budget would allow the DAO more flexibility in decision-making. Faster outcomes are expected.
