Proposal: First Treasury Allocation
This is a proposal to allocate treasury funds for the DAO’s first Asset Acquisitions:

Buy 1 edition each of the Genesis set of 6529 SZN 1 Meme Cards- 6529Seizing, SeizeJPEGs, UncleSeize The genesis set is special, only a 1000 can exist. Important to ensure initial acquisitions before the end of this week in order to be able to participate in primary next week The genesis set gives an extra bump in Total Days Held(TDH) as per 6529’s shared draft paper DAO will try to get the best possible cost. Floor price for all the 3 combined at the time of writing is 2.7E
Primary:
AzOgZ has created a fresh hot wallet (0xD35C49a60f9D5fec3eA2c43616ca0E2Dc84A7AF0) for DAO’s acquisitions on Primary. This will be the wallet that will be able to mint on behalf of the DAO’s multisig. Some risk: this is a hot software wallet on metamask and thus is susceptible to hacks/scams. The assets will be transferred to the DAO multisig as soon as they’re acquired.
Proposed Transactions:
Transfer 3E to fresh hot wallet(0x0520D946eD9781957f1972DBE573CaCf91F792b9) controlled by Amtwo on a Ledger device. Transfer 0.3E to fresh hot wallet(0xD35C49a60f9D5fec3eA2c43616ca0E2Dc84A7AF0) controlled by AzOgZ.
