SeizerDAO

This is a proposal to define an acquisitions process for SeizerDAO.

As per the WhitePaper SeizerDAO aims to collect a full set of meme cards and other 6529 ecosystem NFTs, both from the past drops and all upcoming drops.

The DAO will nominate and institute a subset group of 5 DAO members to be empowered to make acquisition decisions for the DAO on the basis of specific guidelines as set forth below.

After discord discussions, the 5 members for SZN 2 are: @apeinacoupe, @chrizroc, @sundayfundayLFG, @parachicaa, @amtwo_eth

This group will be known as the ‘Dao Acquisitions Council’

1. 5 Active DAO Members
2. With members being shuffled every SZN
3. Members can be repeated as long as at least 2 members are different every SZN.
4. This group will be responsible for both Primary and Secondary operations as well as methodology and strategy of acquisitions
5. The group will be nominated in discord and then voted on in a snapshot proposal.
6. In case any one member needs to be switched out in the middle of a SZN, the remaining council members will be empowered to collectively appoint a member to the council without an on-chain DAO vote.
7. In case more than 1 member has to be switched out, the council will be dissolved and voted on again.

The DAO will decide the broad goals of the Acquisitions Council

This will be done through a voted snapshot proposal in which the DAO will: Allocate funds from treasury Define specific acquisition goals Set an ideal time period

There will also be an open DAO members discord channel regarding acquisitions where any and all suggestions can be made.

Any DAO member can also table a proposal to be voted upon by the DAO to make changes that they deem to be urgent to include in DAO’s Acquisitions Strategy.

For this SZN, we propose:

1. 5ETH of secondary seizing budget
2. 0.3E/week allocation for seizing on primary. This will be an automatic limit created on the gnosis vault.
3. Ability to trade/sell doubles of any meme cards/derivatives to work towards our primary goal of achieving a full set.
