Proposal: Modifying Snapshot Vote Procedure

This is a proposal to improve the voting process on Snapshot for SeizerDAO.
The current way our Snapshot is setup is:
- 24 hour voting time on each proposal
- Public Votes, each member’s choice is public to everyone before voting.
- Super majority (67%) required for a vote to pass
Changes that are proposed:
- 72 hour voting period
- Anonymous vote until after the vote finishes.
- Simple Majority (51%) required for a vote to pass
